Where do I park?


While there is no parking right along the parade route (Queen St. between Woodbine Ave and Fallingbrook), there are public parking lots near.

How do I get there using TTC?


The parade route is accessible through various TTC stops. You can take the 501 Queen St eastbound to Woodbine Avenue (Queen St. between Woodbine Ave and Fallingbrook will be closed to traffic from 1:30pm – 4:30pm).

If you’re coming by subway, you can take it to Woodbine Station and take the 92 S to Queen St or get off at Main Station and take the 64 S to Queen St.

What should I wear?


You just never know what the weather will be like on Parade day. The Easter Bunny takes his time and you may get cold waiting – so come prepared. Check out the weather forecast for the parade day here.




Where’s the best spot to watch the parade from?


No matter where you stand along the route, you’ll see the parade in all its glory. Just be sure to arrive early. Spots fill up fast. Can’t make it to the Parade? There will be extensive live coverage featured on Global, CP24, City TV and CTV throughout the parade route.




What can I expect at the Easter Parade?


It takes about 2.5 hours for the whole parade to go by if you’re standing in one spot, but due to other factors, we can’t estimate when it will reach your viewing location.

This is a free event!




Do I need to register?


No need to register, just show up!




How do the Easter Egg Hunts work?


The Easter Egg hunt will take place in Kew Gardens. There will be a dedicated Easter Egg Hunt space for children to go in and find plastic eggs (max. 3) scattered throughout. Once the eggs are collected, please go to one of the Information Tents to redeem the eggs for a special Easter treat. Please BYOBasket.




What else is happening that day?


There will be live children’s entertainment with Peppa Pig and Sonshine and Broccoli, face painting and a special visit from the Easter Bunny.
