How to Register to be in the Parade

Thank you for your interest in the Toronto Beaches Lions Club Easter Parade. The Parade is intended to provide an afternoon of family entertainment appropriate to Easter Sunday and to the Community/ Audience. If you would like to participate in the parade, please read the guidelines.

Toronto Beaches Lions Club Easter Parade 2020 Terms & Conditions for Floats and Participants

  1. The Parade Organizing Committee (POC) reserves the right to refuse any parade entry application made by any group or individual, deemed unsuitable for the Parade.
  2. The POC reserves the right to refuse entry and/ or remove any parade participant for any reason whatsoever.
  3. Corporate sponsorship, advertising of any kind and distribution of any item must be preapproved in writing by the POC prior to the parade.
  4. Participants are not permitted to get on and off vehicles during the parade.
  5. Political statements, demonstrations or distributing related materials is prohibited.
  6. Religious statements, demonstrations or distributing related materials is prohibited.
  7. Parade participants must not sell or solicit donations during the parade.
  8. No refunds will be issued for cancelations made less than 7 days prior to Parade Day.
  9. The only Easter Bunny allowed in the parade is the one provided by the Toronto Beaches Lions Club. All other Parade Participants are prohibited from entering their own Easter Bunny. Small stuffed bunnies are permitted for decoration.
  10. Remember - (Please “Do not throw Candy”)
  11. All vehicles taking part in the parade must be decorated in an Easter Theme or entry may be refused.
  12. No alcohol, cannabis or highly caffeinated drinks are allowed to be distributed during the parade.
  13. Floats must not be higher than 13 feet, as there are overhead Streetcar wires along Queen Street E.





Corporate Sponsors - Premium Easter Parade Entry 

Showcase your brand to 50,000 on-site attendees, more than 100,000 television viewers at home and local and regional media outlets at the 53rd Annual Beaches Lions Easter Parade. 

Sponsors will receive the right to include a marching contingent (up to 100 individual marchers), one parade float of any street legal size and sampling rights along the entire parade route. 

Official Sponsorship includes logo placement on the Easter Parade website and inclusion in all marketing and advertising initiatives, including press releases.
